At Kisah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
